Terms of Service
Minimorsel Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). Effective 27 October 2026.
1. The service
We provide an application programming interface that returns outputs generated by open-weight machine-learning models in response to your requests ("the Service"). The models are third-party models distributed under open licences (currently Apache 2.0); the applicable model licence is identified in our model listing and applies to the outputs to the extent it applies at all.
2. Accounts and keys
You are responsible for all use made with your API keys. Keep them confidential and tell us immediately if one is compromised. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to generate malware, to attempt to extract model weights, to circumvent capacity limits, or to resell the Service as your own without our written agreement. You must comply with the licence of the model you use.
4. Your content and our handling of it
You retain all rights in your prompts and in the outputs returned to you. We claim no rights in either. We do not store, log, or train on prompts or outputs; our privacy policy describes exactly what we retain and for how long. Where prompts contain personal data, we process it as your processor.
5. Fees and billing
Usage is charged per token at the prices published at /v1/models at the time of the request, in US dollars. Input, cached-input, output and reasoning tokens are counted separately and are reported in the usage field of every response. Direct customers purchase prepaid credits; routing partners are invoiced monthly. Prices may change with 14 days' notice on the listing; a request is always billed at the price in force when it was made. Taxes are additional where applicable.
6. Capacity and availability
We publish declared capacity per model. Requests above it receive an HTTP 429 response and are not billed. We target 99.5% monthly availability but the Service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless a separate service-level agreement is signed.
7. Outputs
Outputs are generated by statistical models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for any decision made using them. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend keys that breach these terms or that threaten the integrity of the Service, and will tell you why. Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. Unused prepaid credits are refundable on termination by us, and not refundable on termination by you except where the law requires.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date and giving account holders 30 days' notice of material changes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your own jurisdiction.
